⏵ May State of the Game and Arrivals ⏴ Hello, Etrayans! As previously mentioned, we have changed our player cap to ten new players per application round. This will be in effect until we hit under 60 players. With May's round of applications, we're currently at 78 players. Given our new player limitations, we will be moving our TDMs to every three months. Our next TDM will go up on June 13th, and the one after that will go up on September 19th. To make sure players can keep TDM threads as game canon, we're going to be changing our TDM formatting a little! This will become more clear when our next TDM goes live. Mingle logs will continue going up during months when we do not have a TDM. These will be simplistic logs with a couple of prompts to play with. As a friendly reminder - Etraya's network does not have private filters! If it's posted on the network, it's accessible to everyone. The exception to this are threads happening in character inboxes. There is a player plot in progress to develop something for player characters, but as it has not been released yet, it's still inaccessible. We'll be updating our LOCATIONS page over the next week with additional places based on those who applied and were accepted; if there are any locations you would like to see in particular, please feel free to use the provided form so we can get it added! Additionally, please check out our CALENDAR noting the dates of the upcoming mission and Activity Check due dates. CHARACTER: Victoria Dallon aka Antares from Worm, specifically its sequel Ward.

CHARACTER INFO: It's another Friday for Victoria.

She flies, she punches hard, she can make you absolutely terrified of her with a glance and she has an invisible forcefield around her that can rip you to shreds without her even meaning it. She's a teenage superhero!

More seriously tho, she just managed to stop a ridiculously overpowered superhuman from taking over several realities and was just making plans to stop another overpowered superhuman from killing a good friend of hers, as well as a whole lot of people. Before that, she was doing very similar things. So yeah...this isn't exactly new to her. More than anything, she might go insane if there's not enough of a crisis happening at all times. She might even...relax? That would probably be bad for her health.

CR NOTES: other young heroes! regular people! Therapists!

PLOTS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: murdering Amy murdering Lisa just getting some therapy really. Also learning to love herself again, be vulnerable and maybe even enjoy the relative peace of this place, compared to her world. She needs friends who are not broken, or at least are better at dealing with it than her.

Victoria 'Flying Brick' Dallon crashing into the house!

I'm very excited to have her joining the cast here and I'm looking forward to her connecting the dots on Krouse, which I'm assuming happens 'almost immediately'. He's plead his case with varying levels of success to the rest of the Worms but Victoria is the first hero he'll have to explain himself to, which I think could spin out in a couple interesting ways considering the amnesty he doesn't know about and Victoria's intricate feelings about villain reform.

Otherwise I'm just here to enjoy the blonde on blonde on brunette violence.

I mean Amy already told her a bit about him, so yeah, cover's up lol. It's not that bad anyway, so long as he plays nice.

He should probably keep a Tattletale sized piles of rocks at the ready for when/if she throws her out of a window tho.

I saw the Amy lore drop and laughed, that was inevitable + useful for me for getting him closer to coming out with the truth more generally.

And he's playing SO nice. You can ask several of his preselected references about that! Any reporting to the contrary is from biased sources. (But he actually has been pulling his weight, missions wise, ulterior motives but hey still counts.)

I also regret to inform you if Victoria throws Lisa out a window he will instantly rank Victoria as his favourite superhero of all time. They are not on great terms.

All in all Victoria was busy trying not to put Amy through a wall so she might not have retained all the info lol.

Is he pre-Teacher? Or post?

Lisa has that effect on people. Hopefully it will only happen for laughs. Hopefully.

More than understandable!

Post-Teacher, about six months after being arrested, so late December 2011. He's definitely gotten completely over the brainwashing with no lingering effects or any trauma. Which, actually, there's probably the worst conversation starter for them to bond over: mind control.

I'm sure it'll all work out! Everyone's on the same team here, right? They just need a heartwarming adventure to teach them about the power of friendship.

I mean you could argue Taylor Hebert very effectively harnessed the power of friendship. For certain values of 'friendship'.

Natsuno here is young, not a hero or well adjusted but has been through enough shit to be unfazed by 90% of The Horrors so... maybe that counts for dealing with it better?

He also thinks Amy is the most terrifying person around and that Krouse is Some OK Guy I Guess.
