⏵ November State of the Game and Arrivals ⏴ Hello, Etrayans! Welcome to almost December! Our December plans mod-wise are fairly minimal - we have our intro/mingle log going up later this evening (with a surprise twist!) and then another intro log going up December 20th, but no other mod logs planned between then. We will use this time to focus on individual player plots (so please submit those if you'd like!) and catch up with other mod work, such as the locations page. In the meantime, we hope you all have a nice holiday season! Our next feedback post is going up on December 19th - but we welcome feedback throughout the year regardless of if there's a specific post asking for it! If you have any comments, questions, concerns, our Mod Contact page is always open! The feedback post provides a non-screened space for players to communicate with the mod team, and we do our best to respond to concerns brought to us there - as well as respond to suggestions. ABOUT YOU: I’m a freelance editor gearing up to go back to school in the fall. Currently, that means my tagging speed is going to vary wildly as my life is in a bit of flux at the moment! I mostly plurk about rp and my cat (her name is Frida), and occasionally more general Life Stuff and books/movies I’m interested in. I’m a horror writer and part of my plan is to study genre fiction in school, so hit me up if you’ve got horror stuff you think I should hunt down.

CHARACTER: Brandon Carver | The Walking Dead
CHARACTER INFO: Former soldier turned mercenary turned post apocalyptic death cultist. Carver’s fresh off getting himself and a whole lot of his friends brutally murdered because he couldn’t chill for ten seconds during hostage negotiations. He’s going to be handling that ~super well~ In general, Carver is a giant ball of violent paranoia and strange religious mania that swings toward murder at the best and worst of times. The dude is visibly Not Well and is going to be struggling with the sudden availability of food, electricity, and clean water. I’d love for him to run into people who will either a) notice that something’s deeply wrong with him b) not notice so shenanigans can ensure or c) try to exploit said wrongness. He’s decent with children but will be uncomfortable around teenagers and anyone who tries to touch him or his food will probably end up stabbed (sorry). His priorities are a bit whacky but he’s excellent in tense situations and looking forward to missions. However, he could use some people to rein him in and remind him to act marginally less feral outside of combat. He does have some darker elements involving torture, violence, and cult dynamics, so feel free to opt out if needed.

As a note, Carver was in game briefly a few months ago. He will not remember this, but feel free to have your characters recognize him!
PLOTS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: Horror shenanigans please! I’m also interested in exploring concepts of worthy vs. unworthy when it comes to the mission and the worlds chosen.

i've watch twd but only up to about season five, i think, so i'm p sure i haven't seen your guy? SUPER curious about him though, so i'm looking forward to seeing him around in game <3

Heya! I had a blast as well! And unfortunately Carver doesn't show up until season 11, he's way at the end. But I'm excited to see where this cr goes!

welcome back fade!! i am so glad to see you apped back in with carver, we didn't get too far with their cr last time but i loved what we did get to thread so i am excited to hopefully pick things up again now with that especially with the similarities in their worlds in a way.
