We're still figuring out what pacing works best with our player base, and are adjusting as well as we can to ensure the game is fun for everyone involved! We do have our September Feedback Post, which we invite you to use to let us know if you have any questions/concerns/feedback/ideas that can assist in making the game easier to engage with for you. We would like to remind everyone that we are continuing to use one plotting post for each mission. For this mission, this would be our plotting post that went up in early September! As we have new players joining us, we would encourage you to please check it out to see if there are any new comments. We have also edited the FAQ to cover topics that were asked about under the mod queries header, to save players reading through all the individual questions. Additionally, don't forget your Activity! Problematic ghost lord who isn't a ghost~

ABOUT YOU: Welp I think it's safe to say I am deep into Chinese fantasy dramas, but I also love Star Wars, Lord of the Rings/anything Tolkien, a fair few mangas/animes and probably other fandoms that I can't remember atm. Other than that, I am disabled, a violinist (I will play again one day), a recreational writer and I have my degree in English Literature. I also adore animals. If you add me on Plurk, expect cute pictures/videos as well as random health updates.

CHARACTER: Wen Kexing from Word of Honor.
CHARACTER INFO: At his canon point, he is less insane, but he will never be completely stable. There might be scenarios in game that push him back over the edge, but we will see. He is deeply, hopelessly in love with Zhou Zishu (soulmates~) and he will do anything for the man. But he's not so callous that he can stand by and watch someone innocent suffer. However if you have earned a punishment in his eyes, he will find a nice bottle of wine and drink it while listening to your screams. He is the infamous Ghost Lord and torture doesn't faze him.

As for tagging speeds, I vary depending on how I feel. If I'm slow, I'm probably in pain and trying to sleep as much as possible. Covid has taken a toll on me.
PLOTS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: I want the horror and the fluff, Mods. Interchange them now and then and I'll be happy! Most of all, for the sake of Padmé and Kexing, they will want to know more about Echo and why they were chosen/what they can do to save their worlds/other worlds.

Huaisang's response to all of this: "That's hot."

I think these two are gonna get along just fine. He may develop a bit of a crush, lmao. He has a thing for bold, admirably crazy guys who are head over heels for somebody else and the man has undeniable style.

I'd also be down to throw Huaisang at Padme, too. I think he'd would like her and they might be able to have some interesting talks about politics She might be able to introduce some new ideas and approaches and generally be a positive influence on him.

I am down for all of this. Kexing is Huaisang's type, isn't he? Style for days, random spurts of insanity, devotion to love, protective instincts... He probably also has a nice smut collection in the Ghost Valley.

And Padmé! Yes. Huaisang come be friends with her. She will adore him.

He really is, hahaha. He ticks off so many boxes on his list of things he attracted to or admires in people. He's also really easy on the eyes, too, which just an added bonus. It's been so long since Huaisang's had anything resembling a social life, too, Kexing would absolutely turn his head.

Yes! I think Huaisang would find her genuinely impressive and just really admire everything she's accomplished and keeps working for. He'd want to learn from her, too, I think. Huaisang's not crazy about the cultivation parts of his job but he's developed an interest in the politics side of it and he's pretty eager to get down to business once he's free to drop his act back home.

Wen Kexing would be a ton of fun in a social gathering. He could get Huaisang laughing, at least, and enjoying life again. Zhou Zishu is pretty similar in that way. They would definitely be good protector/friends for Huaisang. Mingjue would probably hate them haha.

She would love to share what she has learned! I could see him easily becoming a brother figure to her. She will want to hear all about his sect and what he has endured (if he wants to share).

Sounds great! He definitely needs friends and to relearn how to just live and enjoy himself without stressing out all the time. Protectors are always good, too. He hasn't felt safe in a really long time, even in his own home.

Awesome! I'm so weak to found family, haha, and he craves feeling like he's part of a family again after losing his. He might be a little shy but also excited because he's never had a sister figure before. I imagine all the Nie women are really intimidating to him, lol. I think she could probably get him opening up.

He deserves a break and Kexing will like him soon enough. They can share a love of fine, beautiful clothes, pretty fans and art! Wen Kexing is a man who enjoys the finer aspects of life.

Me too. Padmé really misses her family and she has never had a brother. Hopefully she won't come off as intimidating (she has a tendency to protect and mother everyone). He can talk about just about anything with her.

Definitely! Huaisang would love having a friend who can appreciate the same things he does.

I don't think Padme would intimidate him. I think it's more ferocious, ill-tempered women who can kick his ass that scare him, haha. Madam Yu types would make him piss himself. I think he would welcome a protective, maternal influence, honestly. He doesn't really remember his mom too well but he likes being taken care of. He'd also really appreciate her just listening to him and letting him talk and be willing reciprocate. He hasn't had much of that in his life.

Oh that's understandable. Madam Yu would scare me! D: He is welcome to come have tea with her and chat. Padmé is the type to just wrap him in a blanket and give him a place to sleep if he's having a hard time.
