He's a broody asshole masquerading as a charming playboy. He's coming in during the Mercy of the Father storyline. (detective comics 1090-1096. Specifically he is post issue 1092). Great at everything except interpersonal relationships. Also will adopt any stray children, so don't leave them unattended if you don't want him to abscond with them.

About to experience his first mission and that'll help him get a better understanding of what's happening.
