Hello, Etrayans!

We hope you enjoyed your time at Summer Camp! Or if your character had the fun of going off to Solmara, we hope they enjoyed fighting beasts, and convincing Borealis to come out of hiding!

For this application round, we have opted to keep them open an additional week. We announced this over plurk, but realize not everyone checks there! Their new closure date will be July 4th. This will not impact our log or posting schedule at all. In addition, as of today, June 27th, the X-Men cast is no longer under cap.

We've got our arrival mingle going up later today to welcome new characters! Please keep an eye out for it. On July 11th, our mission announcement and plotting post will be going up. We do want to note that this next mission will be off world, and we intend for its' duration to be four weeks. As always, we strive to be flexible and build our missions up to suit our player base/characters currently in game, so if we need to slow it down some or put up any additional logs mid-mission, we may check in with our players during to get a feel on if that would help any.

Our last feedback post went up on June 19th with our next coming up on September 18th - but we welcome feedback throughout the year regardless of if there's a specific post asking for it! You are always welcome to comment to our older feedback posts with any concerns, comments, or ideas of what we can do to improve the game. We can't promise to bring everything into play, but we do listen to the ideas that have been brought our way and have implemented many player suggestions in the past. Our Mod Contact page is always open in case you would like a screened location to reach out to.

Don't forget your Activity! This is just a comment with your handle and characters' names for new players. You are welcome to submit TDM threads for activity points if wanted. Our activity results post always goes up on the 1st of the month, and we have switched to providing a warning list for characters who have yet to responded to AC with an additional five days to respond from the date our results post goes up.

She's so cute and Gustave has a real soft spot for kiddos, so I would love to get more CR with them, especially if she starts getting an interest in engineering. Kell-El is Superman's edgey clone from the future. He has mad powers. He has stepped on a child once. He learned Feelings from Babysitting. His parents were robots. He doesn't care if he's a hero, villain or tool as long as he gets the job done. He doesn't play at all. Help him.
PLOTS YOU'RE INTERESTED IN: All! I just got in, so I'm mostly looking towards making CR, connecting. Kell-El isn't as proactive and he can take cues from other people, but he's very abrasive so . . . making CR comes first.
OTHER:

Yes and then we can plan things! I used comics background ages ago but I wanted to really dig into something with a Nolanverse feel and cooked that up. Barbara's approach goes counter to some of what Crane gets into - which at it's core is behaviorism. Input. Output changes only according to external influence. People need appropriate stimuli to make their choices and change their behavior.

I think it wouldn't have come up for Crane ever honestly. Gordon having a daughter and all. It also puts Crane on the backfoot in not knowing anything about anyone from the other worlds which is interesting for me? Like of course he'd know about Bruce Wayne and Batman (separately of course) and Gordon being in the force. I'd like him to pin the pieces together about Barbara if they get talking?

Also YES MISSIONS. That might get them talking but so might some Arkham shenanigans hmm...

I'll keep spoilers minimal so hopefully we don't have to put everything under a tag. But this guy deserves everything to go well.

Would he need to learn about the concept/what therapy does first, you think? Like would he seek Crane out once he has the information to hand?

It also makes me quite happy. Hello, Hamu! I'm Ruri. I know of the Nier and Drakengard. (holds hands) I enjoy that series muchly. I did play just a little of the mobage but not that much sadly. I am happy so much of it has been preserved on the YT, though! I don't mind it at all. She hasn't been annoying, either. He adores her, and wants her to be the safest and happiest.

I did not yet TL, I've been dead from work and shuffling along the ground, lmao. not even a wip, just a twinkle in the eye of my dreams.

I think he would have an idea of what it is/does, but I don't think he'd seek Crane out for it, simply because I don't think he has much experience with anyone practicing therapy and he seems to me to be a character that very much internalizes his problems and just Doesn't Talk About them that much (as with how he doesn't really talk to anyone about Sophie in canon).

Which is a long way of saying he might need an invitation, but I think he'd take Crane up on it! They may need to develop more of a rapport first though.
