Damian came to Bruce to ask his opinion. Bruce offered it and then volunteered to help dismantle the gun if Damian is able to get his hands on it. He doesn't like the idea of Damian doing this alone and will mention it before he leaves, but he otherwise agrees with getting the gun away from dangerous folks and making sure they can't access it again.

Edit to add: Bruce does only have Damian's side of the story and is going to look into it more himself. Opinion is subject to change pending gaining more information.

Hernan is still mostly out of it. He is loyal to Kirk above anyone else, so if approached he'll likely side with whoever Kirk is siding with. But if it feels like it's breaching containment and putting others at risk, then Hernan will do the ✨Superman Thing✨ and put things back in order as best he can, regardless of whoever he sided with.
